Build an eCommerce site.Accept logs from popular logging and contest software. Produce the QSL cards in a location as close to the destination as possible. Deliver real printed cards (not electronic) to the recipient by snail mail OR via bureau’s as requested by the sender. (priced accordingly)
Great business plan. I would use it. Saves a lot of hassle and creates a real product for recipients to collect and enjoy.

QSLing is not dead, just too costly for some but 100usd /1000 cards in full colour must be a bargin, then postage to vk would be 34 usd so puts it out of my reach..

Actually, a 1000 cards for $100 is a pretty decent deal. Currently I am doing small batches of 4×6 cards as “photos” at Wal-Mart for abt $0.20 each.
In my country a QSL card is always expensive so to have 1000 for nothing is a good biz.
I’m just getting back into the hobby, and 1000 QSL Cards would be just great.
Never heard of this site, but I will check it out.

I suppose kissing ass here won’t help so I won’t try. And a witty saying like “if it’s free it’s for me” also won’t get me any further. Begging…. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE (or POR FAVOR, POR FAVOR, POR FAVOR!… a bilingual beg)will be just as ineffective. Threats like “I’ll never come back here again if I don’t win” might not work either. Making a social commentary like “wining 1000 free QSLs will help to take the sting out of all the dead beat turds who did not return my card over the years” will probably not get me in either.

QSLing is a noble tradition in amateur radio, high cost in mail services around the world become become very expensive to send qsl card, but i think that there are not any substitute of how happy could be any of us when we see our postal box with many of them, including from extrange places. We have to make effort to continue this tradition as part of our own local culture.

QSLing is a great tradition that should never be lost or overshadowed by other less personal means. After being QRT from Ham Radio for a significant
amount of time, I am amazed by all the new protocols involved with QSLing.
Granted, postal rates have increased significantly during that time period.
But, putting things into perspective, if an individual can waste money at a
coffee house they can certainly afford a .28 or .44 cent stamp for domestic
or a couple of “Green Stamps” or an IPC for foreign.

I will not ask QSLs for my own but our clubstation ON4MSF does not have
QSLs yet. This is the clubstation of “Doctors without Borders” ( http://www.msf.org) a world wide
humamitairian medical emergency aid organisation. The telecom department is ran by hams only almost all of them without being paid.
The is used for plubicity events but also in case we need to use ham bands in an emergency.

I just past my Tech exam, found my callsign at ARRl website. the Paper arrived this past week. I’m researching what first radio I want to buy. A mobile vs. handheld, mono, dual or tri bander.

These are some nice looking cards. Do you have any specifically for the QSL issue station to use a printed label…….. particularly a larger label that can list multiple QSOs?
I suspect that I need to look more at the back sides of the card for a QSO label and I was mostly just admiring the full color front sides.

After over 9 years of being off the air due to relocation and antenna restrictions I am going to try to get back on by using an indoor random wire antenna. I am very anxious to try this antenna and very anxious to be come an active HAM once again. Hope to see a lot of you soon.
The Newly formed USS OKLAHOMA ARC, A Memorial station for the Battleship USS Oklahoma, BB-37 which was sunk at Pearl Harbor on Dec 7,1941, needs QSL cards. Since it is a newly formed club, there are many things that they simply do not have funding for. This would be a much appreciated prize.

I am now living in a Senior’s complex and no outside antennas are allowed. I am looking into an indoor random wire end fed antenna. I would like to work 10, 20 and 40 meters. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.
