There is speculation that at least one of these three objects may have been an Amateur Radio Pico Balloon.

The circumstantial evidence is at least intriguing. The club’s silver-coated, party-style, Pico Balloon reported its last position on February 10th at 38,910 feet off the west coast of Alaska.
