My wife enjoys using your web site to study for the Technician test. However, today the video lessons don’t seem to play. Are they working OK?

THE VIDEOS COME UP AS PRIVATE AND DO NOT PLAY. I AM VERY INTERESTED IN GETTING MY LICENSE.
I have my GMRS LICENSE and now I want to take Ham radio test but need LOTS of help. At my age it is more difficult, so need all the help I can get. Do you have to pay for videos ?
