I just found out about Bills passing. I knew Bill since 1960 when we met in college in Brooklyn NY. Bill and I regained contact when I moved to California. I had spoken to him about a month before his passing. To sya the least, I am shocked and saddened by his passing. He stood very tall as a man. May he rest in peace.
